Sheet 03 / 07 · AI integration

Putting AI where it removes work, rather than where it demos well.

We build AI that does a named job, like drafting your site updates, routing your form submissions or pulling data out of your documents, inside a named boundary. The site assistant changes content and copy only, and a human approves everything before it goes live.

What we build

If three people spend their mornings copying data between two systems, start here. Each capability is defined by the work it removes.

Content and update assistants

Your staff describe a change in plain language. The system drafts it, shows a preview, and publishes on approval.

Form and intake intelligence

Your submissions are classified, routed, enriched and summarized before a human sees them.

Document and data extraction

Structured data pulled out of your PDFs, invoices, contracts and spreadsheets.

Internal assistants

Answers drawn from your own documentation, grounded in it, and built to say when it doesn’t know.

Workflow automation

The handoffs someone on your team currently does by copying between two systems.

The assistant that maintains your site

Your staff make the changes they shouldn’t need to call anyone about.

Your staff type a request in plain language, such as add a post about winter roof damage or update the Rockville hours. The assistant drafts the change, returns a preview link, and publishes once a human approves.

Nothing goes live unreviewed. The draft and the preview are only proposals; the site changes when a person says yes, and not before.

  1. Request

Your staff type it in plain language: update the Rockville hours.

  2. Draft

    The assistant drafts the change.

  3. Preview

It returns a preview link, so you see the change before anyone else does.

  4. Human approval

A person reviews the preview and approves it.

  5. Publish

Only then does the change go live.

The boundary

Stated up front, not buried in the terms. What the assistant can change, and what it can never touch.

Content and copy only.

The assistant cannot touch forms, payment flows, tracking code, templates or anything affecting billing. Those break expensively and silently, so they stay with us.

What we don’t promise

The limits of the AI we build, so you know them before you buy anything.

We don’t promise:

  • Autonomous changes without review.
  • The assistant changing anything that touches money or lead delivery.
  • Accuracy guarantees on generated content.
What we do say

A human approves everything.

Generated content stays a draft until a person approves it.

How it’s priced

The site assistant comes with a monthly plan. Integration and automation work is quoted.

Included on the Standard and Priority monthly plans, in one fee that also covers hosting, security, backups and availability. Not included on Essentials.
