Sheet 02 / 07 · Website rebuilds

Move off a platform you don’t own, onto one you do.

Every page, every form, every tracking tag, rebuilt on infrastructure in your name.

The lead question

Where do your leads currently go?

Often, nobody outside your vendor can tell you.

A rebuild changes that. Lead delivery is rebuilt, tested with live submissions, and written into documentation you own.

What’s included as standard

On every rebuild, from the first audit to the day you switch over.

Audit
A full inventory and audit of your current site, before anything is quoted.
Design
Your design reproduced or improved.
Content
Your content migrated.
Leads
Lead delivery rebuilt and tested with live submissions.
Tracking
Analytics and call tracking re-installed.
Search
Structured data and redirects done properly.
Cutover
A monitored cutover, with a documented rollback.

How build pricing works

Four rules that hold on every build, whatever the tier.

Payment schedule

Payment in thirds

  1. One third at signing
  2. One third at design approvalScope freezes
  3. One third at launch

Scope freezes at design approval. Any change after that is quoted to you in writing first.

Fixed fee, never hourly

Your proposal gives a fixed fee, a fixed scope and a date, with the risks named up front.

Discounts are shown, never buried

If your rate is below standard, your quote line-items the standard price and shows the credit.

Monthly plans

Augmented support and maintenance: ongoing care where AI does the first pass and a human owns the outcome.

One fee covers hosting, security, backups and availability. No separate hosting bills, and no second vendor for you to manage.

You get faster turnaround than a traditional agency at a comparable price. Standard and Priority add the AI update assistant, so the changes you shouldn’t need to call about become self-service, with a human approving every change before it goes live.

Plan terms

Term
Plans attached to a build start with a 12‑month initial term, then run month-to-month with 30 days’ notice.
Hours
Your included hours don’t roll over from month to month.
Overage
Work beyond your plan’s hours is billed at our standard rates, available on request, and always quoted before work starts.
Leaving
No exit fee, no data-release charge, and no notice period beyond the 30 days. Read the exit terms in full.

Calculator

What renting costs you, next to owning.

Put in what you pay your platform today. The example figures are only there to start from: replace them with your own.

Renting
$4,464
and you own nothing at the end
Owning
$8,400
code, accounts and data in your name

Over 3 years, owning costs $3,936 more, and you keep everything.

The rebuild is the lowest price in its tier; your quote comes after the audit. Plan prices include hosting, security, backups and availability. Plans start with a 12-month term, then run month to month.

Tier finder

Which tier fits? Three questions.

A starting point, not a quote. The audit comes first, then your fixed quote.

What does the site need to do?
About how many pages?
Is it on a platform you want to leave entirely?

Talk it through in a free 30-minute conversation

Not sure which tier fits? Start with a 30‑minute conversation.

Free. What’s broken, what it’s costing, and whether this is the right firm for it. The audit comes next, then a fixed quote.
